Modifications:

  1. I made new ui manager menus with Illustrator and Gimp. (Don't have experience with either as you'll probably be able to see)
  2.  Added a final level, where the player has to survive until a ship arrives I created my own script to do this. The ship slowly descends in the sky while enemies spawn. I created two scripts to make sure enemies don't spawn during cutscenes and a script to stop spawning after a certain amount of time.
  3. I created another new level that takes place in a facility that a player has to escape. The player then has to parkour around some terrain to get over walls and escape the level. The player also has to parkour through a facility and dodge flying obstacles to find the key. The player then escapes the walls to reach the next level.
  4. I created a weapon in blender and attempted to put a metal material on it. I implemented it into the game and changed the particle effect as well as the sound.
  5. I added a cutscene to lead the player to the end of the first level once they find the key. I also added a cutscene that plays at the start of the final level and that depicts the ship the player is waiting for. I used a script and a camera to achieve this.
  6. I added a player hit effect using my own sprites that I drew up so that it is easier to tell when the player has been hit.
